What
is the capability of wind generators? Wind generators (turbines) have the capability of running day and night and may be used alone or in conjunction with solar. At the right site, even a small wind generator can be of considerable benefit to a power system. If a larger wind turbine is being considered, the proposed site needs to be assessed for its suitability, particularly in relation to air turbulence and site clearance.
