Photovoltaic Rebate Program [PVRP]
The program provides rebates for Residential Home Owners and Community
Use Buildings to install or upgrade Photovoltaic (Solar) Power systems.
These systems can either be stand-alone (SPS) or grid-connected. In
Queensland this program is administered by the Sustainable Industries
Division of the Environmental Protection Agency.
The cap on the size of individual rebates will be $8000. This rebate
can be used if you don’t qualify for the stand alone rebate.

Queensland Renewable Energy Rebate Programs
Funding under the Australian Government's Renewable Remote Power Generation
Program (RRPGP) has been suspended, effective 31 August 2005, until further
notice.
Due to a considerable increase in the number of applications received,
available funding is oversubscribed and no more applications will be
accepted.
RRPGP includes the Renewable Energy Diesel Replacement Scheme (REDRS)
and the Working Property Rebate Scheme (WPRS).
